Our Software suite enhances opportunities for venture capital and private equity firms, irrespective of their developmental stage or service provider.

Individual

This is for all users who are registering as non-corporates, irrespective of whether they are on the Neo platform for personal, professional, or business transactions. For example, an individual who runs a personal business in their own name (i.e. no registered business with the CAC) and is here for a loan or equity funding will be registered as an "Individual". This is important because in the eyes of the law, it doesn't matter what the use of funds is for. The relevant question is who can sue and be sued. Once a user chooses to register as "Individual", all the registration forms, KYC requirements, and DD checklists will reflect things related to a named person who is not and cannot be a registered entity (per CAC).
